Really Pissed Off!

We’ll probably never know whether it was arrogance or a pattern of self-destruction that brought down former Governor Eliot Spitzer. The “sheriff of Wall Street” has been gunned down at the OK Corral. He should have gone to the Moonlight Bunny Ranch near Carson City, NV. Had he done so, Spitzer would still be Governor of New York!

The nightmare scenario for the Democrats has been the inability to establish the Presidential Nominee until the Democratic Convention in Denver! Well, it appears that the nightmare may well become a reality!

It may be presumptuous to consider the candidates duly chosen by the voters and their delegates, but this is the likely outcome for the November sweepstakes. In its wake lies the direction of this nation, well into the Twenty-First Century. We’ve seen too much of the past over the last seven years of the disastrous Bush Administration.

It’s become more and more apparent that the Democrats are not coming to this website. The Republicans have, as they took our advise in choosing the winning Presidential Candidate as John McCain prepares to begin his Presidential Campaign, while the Democrats are heading into the murky waters of a brokered convention!

Once again, the Democratic Party appears to be following its regular path to destruction, when it comes to nominating a candidate who can win the national Election. The prophetic words of Bill Clinton “Democrats fall in love, Republicans fall in line” once more may spell doom for the Democratic Party in the 2008 Presidential Election, as it has historically done so in the past.

The Election of 2008 will be decided by the Independent voters in America. That may appear to be a broad statement, but the number of Independent Voters is about 35%, and that’s over one third of the electorate. So far in this campaign, both the Republican and Democratic parties and tried to headline candidates who will not appeal to that segment of America that will determine who wins and who goes home.

If you are any type of “political junkie,” or just the average listener, you have been inundated by so many polls that you wonder why the hell they haven’t called you by now! Since Iowa, every major media outlet, whether it is television, newspapers, or professional pollsters, have been canvassing New Hampshire, like an electric blanket. Perhaps, that explains the unusual warm weather we had for the New Hampshire Primary! At the end of the day, what service did they provide, if only to give themselves something on which to pontificate?

On December 18th, The FCC will host an Open Meeting to decide whether to allow Corporate America to monopolize the ownership of newspapers, television and radio, within a local area. In spite of outrage by the General Public, the House of Representatives and the Senate, Chairman Kevin J. Martin plans to give away the store and allow the “Corporate Media Giants” to receive an early Christmas present!

President Bush’s enlightenment of the NIE Report is just another example of how inept this President and his Administration is regarding intelligence reports, especially if they do not support their agenda!
